To be Eligible: In the unlikely event that the item you received is not the item that you ordered then you will be eligible for a return.

Order Processing: All orders are meticulously printed after they are received. Due to this process, we are unable to accommodate returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're committed to working with you to resolve any concerns promptly.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it undergoes production within 24 hours or less. Consequently, changes or cancellations are not feasible beyond this point. We encourage you to clarify any queries before placing an order to ensure your complete satisfaction upon receipt.

Exchanges: Regrettably, we do not facilitate exchanges. For assistance in selecting the correct size, please refer to our detailed sizing charts available in the product photos. In the rare instance of a mislabeled item, notify us within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and images of the mislabeled item, and we'll promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Details: Your merchandise is meticulously printed, packaged, and shipped by our expert distributor partner. They'll dispatch your order from the printing facility nearest to your location to ensure efficient delivery.

Split Shipments: If you're ordering multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately. We collaborate with a range of expert suppliers to offer you a diverse selection, prioritizing swift shipment by dispatching items separately if needed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. In the event of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs to the correct address if your order is returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
